From your inquiry to a sample or quotation

KEYTOP reviews the product direction and order scope, then clarifies the details needed for sampling or a quotation. The selected shoe, materials, quantities by variant, branding and packing shape that discussion.

Les échantillons nécessitent généralement 7 à 15 jours après confirmation des besoins en échantillons et des spécifications exploitables. La production standard prend généralement 35 à 45 jours après confirmation des spécifications, de l'approbation de l'échantillon, des hypothèses matériaux, de l'emballage et de la plage de production.

The buyer pays the sample charge and courier. The sample charge is refundable against a bulk order; sample payment is due in full before dispatch. Bulk orders use T/T with a deposit of at least 30% and the balance settled before shipment.

Orders usually ship FOB or CIF from Xiamen or Shenzhen. The quotation confirms the exact port, destination and trade terms. A target date in your inquiry helps define the schedule to review.
