Privatlabel-Schuhhersteller in China

Develop private-label footwear with KEYTOP in Jinjiang, China. Match your selected shoe family with authorized artwork, sample approval, labels and packing for a manufacturing quotation.

Sechs Schuhfamilien für Ihre Private-Label-Kollektion

The footwear family sets the construction and fit questions; the brand brief adds its authorized artwork and presentation. A collection can identify several families, while each style, color and size keeps its own specification and minimum quantity.

Freizeit-Sneaker

Low-top and higher-collar lifestyle references give the collection its sneaker silhouette, panel and sole direction. Compare casual sneakers.

Freizeitschuhe

Everyday casual-shoe references connect upper shape, closure and the chosen last with the intended wearer. Compare casual shoes.

Stiefel

Lifestyle boot references add shaft height, openings and heel retention to the development brief. Compare boots.

Outdoor-Schuhe

Outdoor-style references show different upper panels and sole profiles. Intended use and requested construction define the selected shoe’s development requirements. Compare outdoor footwear.

Sandalen

Toe coverage, straps, fastening and footbed shape distinguish the sandal direction. Compare sandals.

Hausschuhe & Slides

KEYTOP’s main slipper line is open-toe EVA home slippers. Separate slide references show their own band, footbed and sole proportions. Compare slippers and slides.

Der OEM/ODM customization route connects the chosen family with its construction, materials, fit and branding choices.

Define the shoe, brand identity and first order

A private-label brief combines the shoe, authorized artwork and packing. The design information already available can begin review; open material, fit or artwork choices can be clarified as the sample takes shape.

The sample gives the buyer a physical reference for the agreed appearance, fit and branding. OEM/ODM-Entwicklung describes how a Tech Pack, reference or brief starts that work.

Connect the brand brief with the production order

An accepted sample and agreed specification can give the buyer a common reference for the bulk order.

Review the starting design

KEYTOP reviews the selected family, supplied design information and order direction.

Develop and review the sample

The sample combines the agreed footwear direction and branding for buyer review. The intended wearer, requested appearance and fit remain part of that assessment.

Brand review compares logo location, dimensions, color contrast and application method with your authorized artwork, including the visible label and packing layout.

Requested tooling or component changes and the sample-revision scope are quotation items to clarify before committing to that development route. Any applicable charges and ownership terms need confirmation with those requested changes.

Agree the order specification

For a first order, your accepted shoe sample, authorized artwork, label placement and packing instructions establish the brand approval reference. The order brief identifies that same buyer-approved version alongside quantities for each style, color and size.

For repeat orders, the previous accepted shoe, artwork and packing version provide the starting reference. Your own reference identifier or dated approval can distinguish that baseline from a later proposed change.

The same footwear-family MOQ applies to first and repeat bulk orders, separately for each style, color and size, without mixing. A proposed material, component, color, brand-placement or market change is identified separately; its effect on the sample, specification and quotation needs confirmation before approval.

Confirm production and shipment conditions

Sample approval, material assumptions, packing and the production slot form the basis of the manufacturing schedule. The quotation states the shipment destination and trade terms. Production time is separate from freight transit; the shipping route and quotation guide arrival planning.

Compare the same private-label footwear brief

The brand artwork is one part of the quotation. Similar-looking shoes can use different components, fit requirements and packing, so comparison starts with the same footwear specification and quantities.

Quotation inputBasis to identify

Materials and colorsRequested components, finish and color standards
Fit and quantitiesSize scope and pairs for every style, color and size

A target price, where available, can accompany the brief. Sample charges and payment conditions appear with the initial order terms above.

Company QC and supporting-document scope

KEYTOP uses incoming-material checks, in-line inspection and final pre-shipment inspection. The selected footwear reference, product requirements and destination provide the context for a brand’s quality discussion.

Document or company processGeltungsbereich
ISO 9001Held within the footwear-production quality-management scope; relevant buyers can request the supporting document
amfori BSCIAbgeschlossene soziale Vor-Ort-Audit; entsprechendes Audit-Dokument auf Anfrage verfügbar
GRSApplicable supporting document for relevant styles using verified recycled materials
REACH/SVHCApplicable related documents for the selected EU-market product and materials

System and site-audit documents concern the company’s stated scope. Product and material requirements remain tied to the selected footwear brief.

Questions about a private-label footwear order

Can private-label development start from a reference?

Yes. An authorized reference image, drawing, physical sample or design brief can establish the footwear direction. A Tech Pack supplies more detailed component and construction information when available.

What minimum quantity applies to my brand order?

Casual sneakers, casual shoes, boots and outdoor footwear start at 1,000 pairs per style, color and size. Sandals, slippers and slides start at 1,500 on the same basis. Variants cannot be combined to reach a minimum.

Which brand details can be customized?

Material and colorway choices, logo and insole branding, outsole branding, and box and carton branding are supported. Authorized artwork, placement and label requirements follow the selected shoe and packing brief.

Which sizes can I include?

EU 35–47 is general adult production guidance. Children’s EU 22–34 is an overseas inquiry planning reference only; the model, last, fit, grading and tooling require review before a model-specific size offer.

When can a sample or production schedule be confirmed?

Samples typically take 7–15 days after sample requirements and usable specifications are confirmed. Standard production typically takes 35–45 days after specifications, sample approval, material assumptions, packaging and the production slot are confirmed.

Who pays for the sample?

The buyer pays for samples and courier delivery; sample payment is due in full before dispatch. The sample fee is refundable against a bulk order.

What bulk payment and shipping terms apply?

Bulk orders use T/T with a deposit of at least 30% and the balance settled before shipment. Usual terms are FOB or CIF from Xiamen or Shenzhen; the quotation confirms the exact port, destination and Incoterm.

Which supporting documents can a brand request?

Relevant buyers can request supporting ISO 9001 and amfori BSCI documents within their company-system and site-audit scope. Applicable GRS or REACH/SVHC-related documents follow the selected recycled-material style or EU-market product and materials.

How does a repeat-order inquiry identify the shoe?

The buyer’s accepted sample and agreed specification can identify the previous shoe and presentation. The new brief states any requested changes to materials, artwork, fit, sizes, quantities or packing.

How can I share design files?

The first message can describe the footwear reference and available design information. Files can follow once the contact method and sharing scope have been agreed with KEYTOP.

Send the brand brief already available

The inquiry form has five visible fields: name and email are required; phone, company and message are optional. Your message can describe the footwear reference, intended wearer and market, quantities by variant, authorized artwork, packing, sample needs and destination where known.

You can also email Annie at KEYTOP. Design files can follow after the contact method and sharing scope are agreed. The Produktprogramm provides a starting point if the family is still open.
