Reference-led or Brief-led ODM

A reference shoe, drawing or design brief can establish the footwear direction. The intended wearer, market and requested changes help define its construction, materials, fit and appearance for development.

The range covers カジュアルスニーカー, カジュアルシューズ, ブーツ, アウトドアフットウェア, サンダル そして スリッパとスライド. KEYTOP’s main slipper line is open-toe EVA home slippers; the separate slide references show their own band and footbed profiles.

These three photographs show different visible starting forms. Their material, fit and production specifications follow the selected development brief.

A useful brief connects the footwear reference with its component requirements, quantities and packing. The details already available can start the discussion; open choices can be clarified during review.

EU 35–47 is general adult production guidance. Children’s EU 22–34 is an overseas inquiry planning reference only; the model, last, fit, grading and tooling require review before a model-specific size offer.

Samples and Order Terms

KEYTOP supports material and colorway customization, logo and insole branding, outsole branding, and box and carton branding. The selected shoe’s construction and fit determine how these customization choices enter the brief.

その private-label route focuses on the shoe and authorized brand identity together. Retail sourcing adds assortment and receiving details; ecommerce sourcing connects the variant specification with listing and packing requirements.

The selected shoe and agreed requirements connect development with the bulk order. Sampling and production remain separate stages with their own confirmation points.

Review the starting direction

KEYTOP reviews the footwear family, supplied design information and order scope. Construction, fit, materials, branding and packing choices shape the sample discussion.

Develop and review the sample

The sample brings the agreed shoe direction into a physical reference for review. The buyer’s requested appearance, fit, materials and branding guide that assessment. Review covers the intended last and size grading, outsole choice, agreed measurements and tolerances against your footwear brief. Any mismatch needs agreement before approval of the bulk specification.

Agree the order specification

The buyer-approved version ties together your approved physical sample, footwear specification, artwork and packing instructions. Quantities by style, color and size belong with that version.

For a later change or repeat order, the brief identifies the changed material, last, fit, branding or packing detail. Its effect on the sample and quotation needs confirmation before that change is approved.

Confirm production and shipment conditions

Material assumptions, sample approval, packing and the production slot form the basis of the manufacturing schedule. The quotation confirms the shipping destination and trade terms.

Similar-looking shoes can have different components and packing. Compare quotations using the same reference, construction, materials, quantities and shipment basis.

A target price, if available, can be included with the brief. The selected specification and order scope define the quotation; the sample and payment conditions appear with the initial order terms above.

KEYTOP uses incoming-material checks, in-line inspection and final pre-shipment inspection. Product and material requirements can be discussed with the selected shoe and destination.

The company-system and site-audit documents have their own scope. GRS follows the relevant recycled-material style; REACH concerns EU restricted-substance requirements.

KEYTOP was founded in 2006. Its footwear operation is in Jinjiang, Fujian, China. The company profile records a 25,000 sqm site, 10 production lines and 157 employees. The sample team has 12 people; the design team has 20.
