Fabricante OEM y ODM de calzado

Develop your footwear with KEYTOP in Jinjiang, Fujian, China. OEM starts with your Tech Pack; ODM starts with an authorized reference or design brief. The selected shoe, materials, fit and order scope guide sampling and quotation.

Marcas de etiqueta privada, importadores, minoristas, equipos de ecommerce y empresas de sourcing. Solo producción B2B; no se aceptan pedidos al por menor de un solo par ni pedidos de prueba por debajo del MOQ.

Start with the specification or a footwear direction

The two routes have different starting inputs. Both lead toward a sample and an agreed footwear specification before bulk production.

Producción OEM basada en Tech Pack

Your Tech Pack can identify the construction, measurements, materials, colors, authorized artwork, labels and packing. KEYTOP reviews the supplied information and the open choices affecting the sample or manufacturing quotation.

Reference-led or Brief-led ODM

A reference shoe, drawing or design brief can establish the footwear direction. The intended wearer, market and requested changes help define its construction, materials, fit and appearance for development.

Select the footwear family

The range covers zapatillas casuales, calzado casual, botas, calzado para exteriores, sandalias and zapatillas y sandalias. KEYTOP’s main slipper line is open-toe EVA home slippers; the separate slide references show their own band and footbed profiles.

Information for a sample or manufacturing quotation

A useful brief connects the footwear reference with its component requirements, quantities and packing. The details already available can start the discussion; open choices can be clarified during review.

From the first brief to the production order

The selected shoe and agreed requirements connect development with the bulk order. Sampling and production remain separate stages with their own confirmation points.

Review the starting direction

KEYTOP reviews the footwear family, supplied design information and order scope. Construction, fit, materials, branding and packing choices shape the sample discussion.

Develop and review the sample

The sample brings the agreed shoe direction into a physical reference for review. The buyer’s requested appearance, fit, materials and branding guide that assessment. Review covers the intended last and size grading, outsole choice, agreed measurements and tolerances against your footwear brief. Any mismatch needs agreement before approval of the bulk specification.

Agree the order specification

The buyer-approved version ties together your approved physical sample, footwear specification, artwork and packing instructions. Quantities by style, color and size belong with that version.

For a later change or repeat order, the brief identifies the changed material, last, fit, branding or packing detail. Its effect on the sample and quotation needs confirmation before that change is approved.

Confirm production and shipment conditions

Material assumptions, sample approval, packing and the production slot form the basis of the manufacturing schedule. The quotation confirms the shipping destination and trade terms.

Compare quotations on the same footwear specification

Similar-looking shoes can have different components and packing. Compare quotations using the same reference, construction, materials, quantities and shipment basis.

Quotation inputWhat to identify

Destination and timingShipment destination, target timing and quoted trade terms

A target price, if available, can be included with the brief. The selected specification and order scope define the quotation; the sample and payment conditions appear with the initial order terms above.

Company QC and supporting-document scope

KEYTOP uses incoming-material checks, in-line inspection and final pre-shipment inspection. Product and material requirements can be discussed with the selected shoe and destination.

Document or company processAlcance
ISO 9001Held within the footwear-production quality-management scope; supporting document available to relevant buyers on request
amfori BSCIAuditoría social en sitio completada; documento de auditoría de apoyo disponible mediante solicitud
GRSDocumento de apoyo aplicable para estilos que utilizan materiales reciclados verificados
REACH/SVHCApplicable documents for the selected EU-market product and materials

The company-system and site-audit documents have their own scope. GRS follows the relevant recycled-material style; REACH concerns EU restricted-substance requirements.

OEM and ODM footwear questions

¿Qué es un fabricante de calzado OEM?

An OEM shoe manufacturer works from the buyer’s design specification for the buyer’s footwear program. KEYTOP can start with an authorized Tech Pack and review the details needed for a sample and bulk quotation.

What changes when I choose ODM?

ODM can start with a footwear brief, drawing, authorized reference or physical sample. The construction, materials, fit, colors and branding choices shape the development direction before sample review.

¿Puedo empezar sin un dossier técnico?

Yes. A reference or design brief can start the discussion. The product direction, target wearer and market, requested changes and order quantities give that first review useful context.

How does private label relate to OEM or ODM?

Private label brings the buyer’s authorized logo, labels and packing to the selected shoe. The development can start through either OEM or ODM, depending on the information already available.

What minimum quantity applies?

Casual sneakers, casual shoes, boots and outdoor footwear start at 1,000 pairs per style, color and size. Sandals, slippers and slides start at 1,500 pairs on the same basis; styles, colors and sizes cannot be mixed.

When can a sample or production schedule be confirmed?

Samples typically take 7–15 days after sample requirements and usable specifications are confirmed. Standard production typically takes 35–45 days after specifications, sample approval, material assumptions, packaging and the production slot are confirmed.

Which size range can I discuss?

For adults, EU 35–47 is general production guidance. Children’s EU 22–34 serves only as a size reference for overseas inquiry planning. The selected model, last, fit, grading and tooling require review for its actual size scope.

¿Puede KEYTOP añadir nuestro logo y embalaje?

Material and colorway customization, logo and insole branding, outsole branding, and box and carton branding are supported. Authorized artwork, placement, label text and packing requirements belong with the footwear brief.

Which supporting documents are available?

Relevant buyers can request supporting ISO 9001 and amfori BSCI documents within their company-system and site-audit scope. Applicable GRS or REACH/SVHC documents follow the selected recycled-material style or EU-market product and materials.

How should design files be shared?

Use drawings, artwork and references your company has permission to share. The first message can describe the footwear project; a suitable contact method and file-sharing scope can then be agreed with KEYTOP.

Where does KEYTOP manufacture and ship from?

The footwear operation is in Jinjiang, Fujian, China. Orders usually ship from Xiamen or Shenzhen on FOB or CIF terms; the quotation confirms the actual port, destination and trade terms.

Send the project details already available

The inquiry form has five visible fields: name and email are required; phone, company and message are optional. The message can include the reference, intended wearer and market, quantities by variant, material or fit targets, authorized branding, packing, sample needs and destination where known.

Design files can follow once a suitable contact method and sharing scope have been agreed. You can also email Annie at KEYTOP.
