For a repeat manufacturing inquiry, your own previously approved reference and the changes requested give KEYTOP a useful starting point.

  • Product direction: footwear family, reference image, sample or Tech Pack, with permission to use the design.
  • Order scope: target market and pairs for each style, color and size.
  • Development details: construction, materials, fit and sizes, colors, authorized branding and packing.
  • Schedule: sample needs, shipment destination and target date, if known.

An OEM/ODM development brief can start from a Tech Pack or a design direction. You can describe the reference in this first message and agree a suitable way to share files with KEYTOP afterwards.

From your inquiry to a sample or quotation

KEYTOP reviews the product direction and order scope, then clarifies the details needed for sampling or a quotation. The selected shoe, materials, quantities by variant, branding and packing shape that discussion.

Samples typically take 7–15 days after sample requirements and usable specifications are confirmed. Standard production typically takes 35–45 days after specifications, sample approval, material assumptions, packaging and the production slot are confirmed.

The buyer pays the sample charge and courier. The sample charge is refundable against a bulk order; sample payment is due in full before dispatch. Bulk orders use T/T with a deposit of at least 30% and the balance settled before shipment.

Orders usually ship FOB or CIF from Xiamen or Shenzhen. The quotation confirms the exact port, destination and trade terms. A target date in your inquiry helps define the schedule to review.

Sharing your footwear project

Share designs and artwork you have permission to use. The Privacy Policy explains the site’s handling of personal information.

The factory profile gives KEYTOP’s company context, production photographs and the scope of supporting documents. Product or material requirements can be included in your message so they can be considered with the selected footwear reference.
