Keytop is a footwear manufacturer for ecommerce brands. We cut, stitch and assemble each style to the approved sample from 1,000 pairs per size, so the factory can repeat the same shoe on the next order.
The ecommerce reality
An ecommerce brand still needs a manufacturer that can lock a sample and repeat it. These four gaps are why a program stalls before the first bulk order.
If batch two fits differently from batch one, the program is already broken. Production must follow the approved sample and the agreed size run, every reorder.
Carton marks, hangtags and box artwork belong in the manufacturing brief. They are applied on the line against your files, not added after the shoes leave the factory.
Box artwork, tissue and hangtags are part of the product spec. They are quoted and produced with the shoe, not left for a later packing house.
Reorders of the approved spec still need a planned production lead time. Share the launch date and the repeat plan with the first brief.
SKU building blocks
Hero SKUs from sneakers, everyday volume from casual shoes, seasonal drops from boots. Each line keeps its own 1,000-pair minimum and its own sample approval.

Selection logic
Four trade-offs decide most factory briefs. Bring your answers and the quote lands closer on the first pass.
A hero style needs the same last, upper and fit on every reorder. A drop needs a locked sample date. They plan differently from the first brief.
Your target landed cost and ad economics point to the construction and material band the quote should start from.
Every colorway is its own 1,000-pair order line. Fewer, deeper variants keep the factory brief and the cash plan in range.
A DTC brand runs through private label with authorized branding; unbranded catalog buys keep the factory direction.

Proof here means samples you can hold and inspect, not customer stories we cannot show you.
Proof without stories
No invented case studies here. Order the sample, check the fit against your size chart, and inspect branding and packing against your files. The sample run is where the factory program proves itself, and the sample fee is refunded once the bulk order is placed.

This is the difference between a quote you can build a launch plan on and a range that needs three more emails.

Orders start at 1,000 pairs per style, per color and per size (1,500 for sandals, slippers and slides). Styles, colors and sizes are not mixed to reach that figure.
No. Orders below 1,000 pairs per size are not a target program. The paid sample is the low-risk test step, and its fee is refunded at the bulk order.
Yes. Send the mark files, hangtag and box artwork with the manufacturing brief; factory-applied packing is quoted with the program.
Production follows the approved sample and the agreed size run, and reorders are produced against that same accepted version.
Yes, through an authorized private-label program: shoe branding, labels, box artwork and inserts to your files.

Reorders skip development but still run production lead time. Timing is confirmed per order; share your inventory plan and the schedule is set against it.
Dispatch runs from Xiamen or Shenzhen, with FOB or CIF terms confirmed in the quotation together with the destination.
