What the program covers

Everything that carries your brand is part of the job

Private label is more than a logo on a tongue. Four groups of decisions decide whether the shoe reads as your product.

The product itself

01

Sneakers, casual shoes or boots from the current families, built to your direction through Tech Pack OEM or ODM selection

Brand identity carriers

02

Logo positions, tongue and heel labels, sockliner print, laces and hardware tone. Each position is fixed at sample approval.

Packaging as a brand touchpoint

03

Box artwork, hangtags, tissue, care labels and barcodes. For ecommerce brands the unboxing is part of the product.

Reorder consistency

04

The approved spec, artwork and packing rules stay on file, so pair 8,000 looks like pair 12 of the first sample run.

Send these six things and the quote gets real

A vague inquiry gets a vague range. This checklist is what turns your idea into a number you can plan with.

Footwear samples used to align a private label brief
Request a Quote

1 · Product direction

The footwear family plus a Tech Pack, reference sample or ODM starting point.

2 · Brand assets

Authorized logo files with preferred positions, plus label and packaging artwork if it exists.

3 · Quantity & colorways

Pairs per style, color and size, remembering the 1,000-pair line each order line stands on.

4 · Market & size run

Destination market and target sizes, so grading and allocation start from the right curve.

5 · Packing requirements

Box style, barcodes, cartons and any retailer or platform packing rules.

6 · Timeline & sample need

Launch timing and which sample stage you want to see before committing to bulk.

Missing items do not stop the conversation, but every gap in this list widens the price range and adds a sampling round.

Packaging touchpoints your brand actually owns

For a private-label buyer the box is not logistics, it is the second impression. Each touchpoint below takes a file from you and gives a brand moment back.

Sample to bulk

Your approved sample is the contract for the look

The branded sample locks silhouette, materials, colors and every logo position. You approve it in writing, production follows that version, and reorders start from the same file. The paid sample fee comes back to you when the bulk order is placed.

Pricing drivers

What actually moves the price

No price list here, because none would be honest. These are the four levers the quotation is built from.

Quantity & colorways

01

Pairs per style, color and size drive material buying and line planning. More colorways means more order lines, not a blended discount.

Materials & construction

02

Upper materials, sole construction and component choices set the cost floor for the family you picked.

Branding & packaging depth

03

Print positions, label sets and custom box artwork each add real steps. Simple branding ships sooner and cheaper.

Destination & terms

04

FOB or CIF from Xiamen or Shenzhen, plus destination labeling and document needs, close out the landed math.

Private label questions, answered before you ask

For brand owners and first-time private-label buyers comparing manufacturers.

What is the minimum order for private label shoes?

Orders start at 1,000 pairs per style, per color and per size (1,500 for sandals, slippers and slides). Styles, colors and sizes are not mixed to reach that figure.

Can I put my own logo anywhere on the shoe?

Yes, within what the construction allows: tongue, side panel, heel, sockliner, laces, labels and packaging. Positions are fixed at sample approval.

Do I need a registered trademark to start?

You need to be authorized to use the branding you send. Keytop applies authorized artwork only and does not manufacture another brand’s protected designs or logos.

Can I see a branded sample before the bulk order?

Yes. Sample and courier costs are covered by the buyer, and the sample fee is refunded once the bulk order is placed.

What are the payment terms?

T/T with a deposit of at least 30%, and the balance is settled before shipment. Sample orders are paid in full before dispatch.

Which products can carry my brand?

Casual sneakers, casual shoes and boots from the current families, through Tech Pack OEM or ODM selection.

How are reorders kept consistent?

The approved sample, artwork files and packing rules stay on file. A reorder is produced against that accepted version, not re-briefed from scratch.

Is my artwork used for anything else?

Your files are used for your program and its reorders. They are not applied to other customers’ products.

Which markets do private label programs ship to?

Mainly Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, with dispatch from Xiamen or Shenzhen on FOB or CIF terms.

Which packaging pieces can carry my brand?

Shoe box, hangtags, inserts, tissue, care labels and the master carton. Send artwork files or the brief; each piece is confirmed with the sample stage.

Is this suitable for a first-time brand launch?

Yes, if the 1,000-pair scale fits your plan. The ODM path shortens development, and the checklist above keeps a first launch inside a controlled budget.

Ready to see your brand on a real sample?

Send the six checklist items, or as many as you have. The reply confirms the path, the sample plan and the program terms.
